Pricing Many companies serving the Virtual Tour community require substantial up front investment for a "franchise". The VRGuild Association is designed to support efforts of independent producer's who join on a membership basis. This structure empowers the independent producer to utilize the VRGuild tour management platform on as needed basis while still obtaining benefits of the Association. Initial Financial Outlay,  $250.00 To Include: - Membership Set-Up,  Covers account activation, the establishment of a personal administration area on the platform with a unique username and password, and personal one-on-one phone training on the system. - First Year's Membership Dues Annual Membership Dues in the VRGuild Association: $125.00 USD annual membership dues for membership in the Association. The membership dues are allocated to cover real person phone support,  upgrades to the system, and help develop new technologies that will be beneficial to every user. In addition, to better help Members fully take advantange of the Branding and Client Customization supported by the VRGuild System, the Membership fee includes graphic design assistance. No monthly fees! Upon establishment of a personal administration area, tour creation becomes a "Pay as you Need" system. Per Tour Content Management Fee: - $10.00 USD for 24 months   (Monthly Volume Discounts Available!) Includes and additional 12 months of image archiving on expired tours Realtor.com Tour Posting Fee*: - $19.80 USD per tour (for 12 months) (There are no posting fee's for all other established posting relationships for VRGuild members) *Members have access to Realtor.com through VRGuild's PicturePath partnership with Homestore.
